Abstract

Education is a process of teaching and learning in specific expertise, as well as something invisible but deeper such as the imparting of knowledge, judgment, skills and wisdom. Education can be divided into two parts; formal and informal. Along with the development of time and technology, education in the implementation of teaching and learning is now becoming easier. Since the outbreak of Covid-19 and movement control orders (PKP), most educators and instructors have maximized the use of online educational applications such as google classroom, google meet, WhatsApp, telegram and others. Thus, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of convert education in terms of the implementation of online teaching and learning. This quantitative study uses a questionnaire distributed to 25 respondents consisting of teachers who teach at the Muallaf Hidayah Center Education in the district of Klang Selangor. The results were analysed using SPSS software. Researchers found that the scale of the level of satisfaction of teachers throughout the online teaching and learning is good. However, continuous improvement is needed to ensure that holistic online teaching and learning can be implemented
