The Effect of Exercises with Auxiliary Tools in the Development of Some Kinematic Variables and Bio-Kinetic Abilities and the Performance of the Skill of Rising Back Scale and Landing Cartwheel on the Balance Beam for Students
Abstract
The purpose of this paper isto preparing special exercises with auxiliary tools to develop some kinematic variables and bio-kinetic capabilities and performing the skill of rising back scale and landing Cartwheel on the balance prone, in the Technical gymnastics for students, and recognizing the effect of exercises for auxiliary tools in developing some kinematic variables and bio-kinetic capabilities and performing the skill of rising back scale and landing Cartwheel on balance prone in the Technical gymnastics for female students.The experimental method was used by designing the control and experimental groups for their suitability to the nature of the research problem.The researchers identified the research community, the third stage students, University of Babylon, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, for the academic year 2020-2021, whose number is (25) students. The research sample, it will consist of (20) students who will be distributed by lottery to represent the experimental and control groups. Among the students are my agencies - the failing students, the injured students and the exploratory experiment students.The researchers concluded the effect of exercises with auxiliary means had a positive effect on the development of bio-kinetic abilities and kinematic variables and that the development of bio-kinetic tribes through the curriculum led to the development of achievement for the skill of rising back balance and landing Cartwheel on the balance beam in rhythmic gymnastics for students. The researcher recommends the necessity of using the prepared educational curriculum and emphasizing the researchers recommends trying to learn and develop the skill of ascending back scale and landing Cartwheel on the balance beam in rhythmic gymnastics for the students by studying some kinematic variables that help in understanding the right angles
