The Effect of the Inverted Learning Strategy on the Development of Kinetic Coherence and the Performance of the Spiking Skill in Volleyball for Students

Abstract

            The purpose of this paper is toidentifying the effect of the inverted learning strategy in developing the kinetic coherence and performance of the Spiking skill in volleyball for students, and the experimental approach was used to design the two equal groups, and the research community was represented in the third stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the University of Kufa for the academic year 2020/2021, who numbered (85) students, and the research sample included (28) students, with (14) students for each of the control and experimental groups.The results of the research were that the inverted learning strategy had a prominent impact on the development of kinetic coherence(Harmonic abilities) related to the skill of spiking in volleyball for students, and following it during the implementation of the educational units has a great role in developing the skill of Spiking in volleyball for students and shortening the time of the class session that the teacher spends with the learners,The recommendations were to adopt the inverted learning strategy in the volleyball educational units, and to adopt different exercises with new aids within the educational units, characterized by excitement and suspense to develop coherence, technical performance and accuracy for the skill of Spiking in volleyball for students, and those in charge of the educational process should conduct development courses for physical education teachers during which they inform them On learning strategies, modern means and techniques, and applying them within educational units, especially those that can be exploited within blended and e-learning to shorten time and effort.
