Efficacy of Organization Support in Smooth Conduct of Online Education Programs during Covid-19 Pandemic

This paper highlights the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the organizational culture of online learning with respect to smooth conduct of the online programs taken up by working professionals. It is interesting to study how the motivation factors like time flexibility, financial support, supervisor support and recognition for employees which were barriers pre-COVID-19 have become facilitators towards program completion. The same factors when complimented from the training institutions during COVID-19 have become motivators for employees to take up and complete online programs
