Abstract

The summary of the thesis included five chapters, the introduction and the importance of the research and its problem. The game of football is distinguished from the rest of the other sports by the great popularity of the game in most parts of the world, which allows viewers to enjoy the pleasure of watching the players’ outstanding performance of the physical and skill abilities of football, and sports training is a process In it, various training methods are developed and used with the aim of changing the player’s condition according to a predetermined goal. Football is one of the games that is constantly developing all over the world due to its use of the scientific method in all fields, especially in the field of training, and football has developed and received wide attention by researchers. And coaches with the aim of achieving and investing the player’s physical, skill, functional and psychological abilities and capabilities, taking into account the specifics of playing. In addition, it is the use and preparation of physical strength exercises, which are exercises aimed at developing muscular strength in the deep muscles of the trunk and abdomen areas and functional strength according to the working muscles according to the performance nature. These exercises are of great importance in Developing physical and skill abilities in football in addition to other aspects Which leads to improving the psychological aspects of football players, hence the importance of the research in knowing the effectiveness of physical rigidity exercises and the extent of their impact on some of the physical and skill abilities of football players and how to choose exercises, methods and scientific training methods. For youth in Al-Khalis Club, the main reason is due to the use of training curricula based on sound scientific foundations and modern training methods that develop physical and skill capabilities. The research community in Diyala Governorate was in Al-Khalis Sports Club for the youth category in football, and the selected sample was (15) play.

The researcher concluded that physical strength exercises have a positive and significant role in developing and improving the level of the research sample in some physical and skill variables for football. These exercises also had an effective and positive role and according to the muscle areas of the body such as the muscles of the back, abdomen and legs, which helped in developing the physical and skill variables for the members of the experimental group.
